1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 999if website and platform (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the 999if Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the 999if Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the 999if Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of 999if or its affiliated entities.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 999if Platform or any affiliated platform.

999if reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 999if may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the 999if Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering your 999if account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential.
• Notify 999if immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not.

999if will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

999if supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and direct bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit card transactions. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal thresholds are as specified on the Platform's cashier page and may be updated from time to time. Users are responsible for checking current limits before initiating transactions.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible.
• 999if reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. 999if aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly, but processing times may be affected by third-party payment providers.
• Any fees charged by third-party payment providers are the sole responsibility of the User.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

999if may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per User, household, IP address, or device, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• 999if reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or arbitrage strategies — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account termination.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 999if Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. Game outcomes are determined independently of 999if and cannot be influenced by the Platform or its staff.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on 999if's servers, the server-side result shall be deemed authoritative and final. 999if shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, or device-side errors on the User's end.

• Users must not use any software, tool, bot, script, or algorithm to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Collusion between players in any game mode is strictly prohibited.
• Any winnings obtained through technical errors, software bugs, or exploits will be voided and are not payable.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999if Platform:

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 999if Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of 999if or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 999if.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999if and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

999if's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their 999if account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination & Account Closure

999if reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any User account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, or any conduct deemed harmful to the Platform or its Users.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 999if support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the User via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to 999if's internal dispute resolution process. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.

999if operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR. Users who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official channels.

14. Amendments to These Terms

999if reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 999if will notify registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the 999if Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
